Creamed honey is honey that was encouraged to crystal with small crystals allowing it to be spread with a knife or spoon. It has a smooth to slightly gritty texture. Creamed honey is perfect for sandwich since the honey stays in place, but you can use creamed honey just like you would liquid honey.

I really like your regular honey, in all the different flavors, but my husband would not think of eating honey until I brought home the Creamed Honey. It is perfect for spreading on toast, fruit slices, waffles, etc. -- not as messy as regular honey and easier for him to use. We both love the flavor, too!

We were hesitant to try this honey, but I’m so glad we did. It is smooth, creamy and so yummy… especially on warm toast made from homemade bread!😋
Very nice flavor and nice change for spreading on bread, etc. I still use it to add honey to me coffee as well.
