Creamed honey is honey that was encouraged to crystal with small crystals allowing it to be spread with a knife or spoon. It has a smooth to slightly gritty texture. Creamed honey is perfect for sandwich since the honey stays in place, but you can use creamed honey just like you would liquid honey.

Very nice flavor and nice change for spreading on bread, etc. I still use it to add honey to me coffee as well.

If you love honey, Kossian's creamed honey will take your obsession to a new level. The flavor and texture is decadent. While the honey is still wonderful in tea, cooking, or any other 'normal' use for honey, I find myself saving the creamed honey to savor on toast (ok, or straight off of a spoon, if I'm completely honest) to not dilute it's awesomeness.
