Some of the wildflower from 2022 has plenty of knotweed and is pretty dark this was all bottled in pints and half-pints. There is just enough lighter honey like blackberry and fireweed to make the jar glow red when a light is place behind the jar. The strong flavor of knotweed honey is milder and makes last year's wildflower quite delicious. The quarts we have available are much lighter in color. But equally delicious.

Been purchasing from Kossian Farms since finding them at the Monroe Saturday market this past summer. Have enjoyed every variety we've tried. Especially like the wildflower and knotweed, the darker the better. Ordering online is easy and the free local delivery is greatly appreciated.

This honey is delicious it has a small floral note. Very clean and sweet.
