Oh my gosh, the fireweed honey is absolutely delicious. I had been buying fireweed honey from Vancouver Island in Canada, but due to the tariffs, many of the honey farms have stopped shipping to the US. Fireweed is our Favorite!!!!! We enjoy Blueberry Honey in our Blueberry 🫐 Watermelon Salad in the summer. Whiskey Honey has a really beautiful taste to it. We love to gift these Jars of Honey. We will be opening the creamed Honey soon. We sampled it and it was Heavenly. You can put honey in your tea. We put Fireweed Honey in our Healthy Protein Ball Snacks. Sometimes we just take a spoon and just eat a big scoop of Honey. 🍯
