I have tried honey from all over, and this fireweed honey is delicious, We use it is our coffee drinks instead of sugar.
I’ve tasted many varieties of honey, and many farms’ variations of fireweed honey. Out of all of them this is - hands down - the best. I use it in my tea every morning, and on my toast in the evening. It goes well with desserts, in coffee, when baking… If I could have a lifetime supply, I would. I highly recommend you try it.
