Raspberry honey has a unique flavor bordering on extra sweet. It will flavor your creations as well as sweeten then.
We get this from another beekeeper and only have a small amount each year. It is a great joy to share all the varieties of honey Washington produces. The blueberry honey is a locally produced in Snohomish county & Skagit county honey.

I always like to purchase local products and had previously enjoyed Kossians raspberry honey that my son had received as a gift. For health benefits it is best to choose local honeys and this is no exception. Smooth, and purely filtered it is a delight to the palate.
I will continue to support this fine honey.
