Our exceptional fireweed honey cured for three months in barrels from Bad Dog Distillery. Pure classic honey flavor with a strong hints of oak. We do not filter the honey as it come out of the barrel so you will find small bits of char that get dislodged from the inside of the barrel in the filling and emptying process.
Drizzle it over bacon or enjoy it raw. Goes great as a glaze on BBQ or baked meats especially salmon. Our Whiskey barrel aged honey will quickly become your favorite secret ingredient.
